Inferior quality cables & adapters may cause random errors,
data corruption, or even system crashes that affect the performance
of your computer system and peripheral devices. This is why we are
so particular of the vendors that we choose to work with and are
able to offer the following warranty:
IndyPC warrants that each cable, adapter, and connector is free
from defective workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
All other products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full
manufacturer's warranty.
GOLD X cables are covered by a lifetime
warranty by the manufacturer. Gold X Peripheral Devices are covered
by a three-year manufacturers warranty.
Warranty provides for replacement of defective product only and
does not include any shipping costs that may occur.
IndyPC shall not be liable for any loss or damage of hardware or data
of any kind including any incidental or consequential damages resulting,
directly or indirectly, from any warranty expressed or implied or any
other failure of this product.
This warranty does not cover any failure due to modification, misuse,
neglect, accident, or improper installation.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to determine the
suitability of any product for their specific application.
A return material authorization (RMA) number is not required
for any product that needs to be returned.
