Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. In order to protect the interests
of our customer’s, all orders placed over $50.00 (U.S.) must obtain
pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, and or terms as
established by our credit and finance department.
Service & Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly
to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
IndyPC provides on-line technical notes on most. In the event you can
not find support from the manufacturer, we will be glad to assist you
in obtaining support for your product.
Sales Tax
IndyPC shall withhold the applicable Indiana sales tax of 5% for orders to
be delivered to addresses within the state of Indiana. If you are a Indiana customer and
hold a valid Resale Tax Certificate # we will give your account tax-exempt
status when we have a signed certificate on file for you.
Each out of state customer shall be solely responsible for the reporting and
payment of all sales taxes, or other applicable taxes, on orders shipped into
their state.
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed
or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s
warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller
until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to
purchaser, upon receipt of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being
purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government
certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition,
manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void.
